Fugitive Emissions Monitoring: TPT is experienced in drafting test plans, conducting performance testing, completing test reports, and in completing annual submittals. TPT is experienced in monitoring for Volatile Organic Compounds using EPA Method 21, Visible Emissions using EPA Method 9 and fugitive dust emissions using EPA Method 22. TPT’s clients have included industrial manufacturers, bulk material handling and storage facilities, metallic /nonmetallic mineral crushing and screening operations, commercial facilities and petroleum refineries.

Ambient Monitoring: Our ambient air monitoring projects range from routine equipment calibration and maintenance to the design and operation of monitoring networks. These projects are necessary in many cases to satisfy federal, state/provincial and local regulatory agency requirements as well as to provide appropriate information to help resolve engineering issues and public complaints.

Permitting: TPT prepares construction and operating permits for equipment ranging from individual sources to complete facilities. In addition, TPT has experience in not only the assembly of Title V Permit applications, but also in assisting clients in minimizing the impact of Title V on their operations.
